Warehousing, distribution and manufacturing facilities face two ongoing access challenges: keeping personnel safe around plant, equipment and stored goods, and meeting PCBU duty of care obligations under Australian WHS legislation.
Our modular access systems are engineered to AS 1657 for walkways, platforms, stairways and ladders, and AS 1891 for fall arrest anchor points. Systems are pre-configured or custom-built, delivered flat-packed for onsite assembly, and designed to install with minimal disruption to live operations.

Total Tools Warehouse, Wodonga, VIC
The new Total Tools warehouse in Wodonga is one of the largest in the region. The site holds multiple roof-mounted plant systems that require ongoing maintenance access.
Systems Supplied
6-metre angled cage rung ladder, extensive aluminium walkway for plant access, and parapet crossovers for maintenance personnel. Top-mount rapid anchors provide fall protection across the outer roof edges, supporting safe maintenance across the full roof area.
