Kattsafe

Sayfa is now Kattsafe

We’ve built a name for ourselves by continuously innovating safer, simpler height access and fall protection systems, and now it’s time for our business to evolve too.

Bringing everything we do under one new name makes it even simpler to work with us and use our products. And behind it all, we’re still the same team, quality products, and customer service that you’ve come to expect.

Site access

Uneven ground levels and varying site conditions are common on building sites but with Kattsafe modular access systems you can ensure a compliant solution with safe access to your site buildings.

Modular systems for safe access

Although accessing site buildings may not seem as hazardous as other workplace situations, 23% of serious workplace claims are caused by falls, trips and slips. These incidents can be as simple as personnel transitioning from one level to another, entering or exiting structures above ground height or other seemingly innocuous accidents.

  • Compliant and structurally sound

Kattsafe modular access systems are hardwearing and robust and built to withstand harsh Australian conditions. They are manufactured from high-grade aluminium, making them virtually maintenance-free for the lifetime of the system.

  • A complete modular solution

Using the proprietary T-bolt system, our systems can be adjusted and modified on-site, in situ with no special equipment or skills required for installation. Our systems can be also relocated and reused from site to site, providing considerable cost savings.

  • Lightweight and ready to go

Need a system in a hurry? The Kattsafe range of products is available to meet short timeframes and arrives either flat-packed or partially assembled, ready for installation. The lightweight construction and straightforward design mean your system can be installed and ready quickly.

Case study

Level Crossing Removal Project, Dandenong, VIC

When Grove Group was contract to supply site buildings for the Dandenong Level Crossing Removal Project they were required to construct several site sheds, a number of which were on a raised gantry.

Access to the second level by traditional wooden stairs or scaffolding did not provide the safety, durability and strength that was needed, and steel fabricated stairways would have been difficult and expensive to fabricate and install, given the inconsistent ground levels and surfaces.
