Reaching new heights with Kattsafe industrial modular access

So today we're very excited to release our new industrial modular access system.

We've had our standard modular access for ten years or so now and this is our newest and greatest release. This has been in the making for a long time.

We've wanted a system that can allow us to span further and go taller than ever before, and with the new design here and the new extrusions that we've developed, that ticks that box.

So what we really have here is the first industrial aluminium modular access system. So this enables our customers to install a fully structural stair tower, such as this in modular components. So the benefits of this system over against a standard or traditional steel system are that it comes in modular components, meaning it's very quick and easy to install and being lightweight will put far less load on your structure. Then don't forget the adjustability on-site so everything you see here is adjustable, and the other major benefit of this system that you see before you today is that it can be designed and quoted and supplied very quickly.

We have our Builda configurator which allows us to draw this up without waiting days and weeks for engineering and the costs involved in that. So we see this is perfect for stair towers such as this where you've got egress up the outside of a building and anything where you're going up and over pipework or there's congestion underneath, this system with the new extrusions, these structural components needs a far less bracing members which allows clearance underneath the platforms.

So it's perfect for water infrastructure, for data centers, for anything where heavy industrial stairs and platforms are required. So we see this is a big win for us and for the industry. This will open up a whole broader sphere of projects for our customers to be able to offer solutions to your clients through this industrial modular access system.
