One of Total Tools' newest stores is one of the largest in the area, stocked with their full range of products. The extensive warehouse holds multiple roof-mounted systems that require maintenance access.

The extensive warehouse roof space required multiple roof access solutions to traverse the area.
Multiple HVAC units are placed along the length of the roof, which requires personnel to access them regularly for maintenance.
Due to the size of the roof, access to the entire space was a challenge.

Solution
The Kattsafe drafting team worked with Anchor Safe to design a complete height access package.
Once finalised and manufactured, the Anchor Safe team installed a complete height access package on Total Tools' roof in Wodonga, including a 6 metre angled cage rung ladder, extensive lengths of aluminium walkway for access to the plant equipment, and parapet crossovers providing easy access for maintenance personnel.
To access the outer edges of the large roof area, our top mount rapid anchors provide seamless fall protection to keep workers safe at all times.
Due to the lightweight design of our systems, all products were delivered flat-packed and assembled on-site, reducing the need for expensive transport solutions and reducing man-power needed to complete the job.
The end result was a remarkably swift and highly efficient installation process, which not only met but exceeded expectations, leaving the client extremely pleased with the overall experience.
