SD928 – A simple and effective high strength fixing system for metal purlins.
Drill 16mm clearance hole through the wall cladding and purling and insert the stainless steel block using a positioning lanyard. An M8 stainless steel bolt fastener is then screwed into the block to provide a high strength connection.

AP135A Rapid top mount anchor is available in four new Colorbond colours
To meet the ever-increasing requests from our installers and building designers who like to ensure that design aesthetics are never compromised, we have now expanded the colour options available for the AP135A Rapid top mount anchor
The new Colorbond colour options include (light to dark):
Shale Grey
Windspray Grey
Woodland Grey
Monument Grey
These four colour options are in addition to our default of Oyster Matte Grey.

Redesigned RL414 Telescopic guardrails
The newly updated RL414 telescopic guardrails provide quick and easy attachment to the ladder head with an adjustable length to suit the parapet size, improving fall protection when standing on the parapet platform.
Additionally, they increase ladder head stability as there is a fixed rail system connected to both ladder heads.
New RL426 lockable ladder door
More slimline, fitting onto our ladders more easily, the RL426 lockable ladder door has a simple locking bracket which is fixed with three tek screws.

Kattsafe rung ladders – new product
Kattsafe rung ladders combine years of experience and feedback from both installers and users to produce a world class access solution that’s easier to install, whilst still providing improved user safety at all levels.
With the unique T-bolt fastening system, the installation of rung ladders is transformed as there is no drilling required, providing a quicker install time and no swarf to contend with.
Incorporating both the caged type of fall protection for angled or vertical ladders, or ladder fall arrest systems for vertically mounted ladders, rung ladders offer a series of options to ensure a fit for purpose access solution focusing on user safety.

RL21 Rung ladder system can now include D-rails
Our RL21 rung ladder system, which has a 1m landing kit and includes a handrail, kneerail and a 1m landing, has had multiple requests to include the D-rail kit. We now have two systems available:
Existing RL21 which has the 1m handrail, kneerail and landing kit.
The new option, RL21D, which includes D-rails. D-rails can be either the vertical or angled design.
Please ensure you specify which option you would like when ordering the RL21 system.
New tek screws have arrived
Since the release of our new screws, we have received feedback from installers and the product development team that they are installed best when the torque setting on your drill is reduced.

New OH261 rigid rail lockable trolleys
Available in multiple configurations, the OH261 Rigid rail lockable trolleys are designed to be secured into position to assist with controlled rope access descent.
The lockable trolleys are available to suit varied applications. All configurations are supplied with locking thumb screws.
New GW390A adjustable self-closing gate
The GW390.600 and GW390.700 have now been replaced by the GW390A adjustable self-closing gate.
This new smart gate system has telescopic adjustment from 500 – 900mm to suit the required opening. Once the correct size is set, it is simply locked off using T-bolts.
Redesigned GW320 toe board
We have recently released a new structural aluminium toe board, with T-slots for quick connections of corner brackets and joiners.
The 120 x 13 x 6000mm GW320 toe board complements our guardrail system which provides the highest level of fall protection safety for maintenance personnel when working at heights and other fall risk areas.
